Bella Terra is a design/build firm employing a highly skilled crew with backgrounds in horticulture, and architecture. We take a lot of pride in the quality of craftsmanship we provide. We work hard to ensure that our projects exceed our clients’ expectations, and that they won’t hesitate to recommend us to their friends and family.
Bella Terra Landscaping specializes in the following services:
Landscape Design and Consultation
We design and build outdoor living spaces. Often these spaces include kitchens, fire pits and built-in seating. Our crew are certified paver installers and create amazing stone walls, patios and features. This allows us great design freedom so that our clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic choices are always central to our designs
Trees, Shrubs and Perennials
We are sensitive to the unique challenges of growing in northern Minnesota and have had great success with numerous conifers and deciduous trees and shrubs both native and cultivars. We’ll help choose the right plants for your property. All our designs include plants for privacy, shade, beauty and for food.
Our crew includes skilled hardscape technicians and masons who build beautiful outdoor fire elements including fire pits (wood or gas), fireplaces, fire features and outdoor kitchens.
Edible Landscape Systems
We have solutions for all the challenges of growing fruits and vegetables in northern Minnesota. Deer and rabbit exclusion fencing, compost and organic fertilizers, garden structures such as raised beds and vertical gardens. Rain harvesting systems allow us to catch, filter and reuse rain water through timed or manual irrigation systems to keep your crops happy.
We build beautiful custom wooden structures including decks, pergolas, fences, raised beds and playscapes.
We love to build water features! The soothing audio element provided by a pond or waterfall will change your outdoor living experience forever. These features can be natural or formal, large or small and will greatly enhance any project.
